win7电脑收到手机QQ发来的语音没声音以及QQ全部没声音的解决办法

今天一个漂亮的妹子给我发了段语音，我激动的插上音箱播放听听是不是对我表白了，结果尼玛的居然没声音，这不是坑爹吗？系统是WIN7，QQ是2013.12.12最新版的，我研究了大半天，试了N多方法…
1、看看电脑是不处于静音状态，结果不是
2、把QQ设置里的关闭所有声音取消，其实这是白弄的，因为我知道就算关闭了所有声音，语音信息还是可以播放的…但现在是语音信息不能播放呢
